Summer New Moon Healing Sound Retreat: Church Path House, North Hill, Minehead

Friday 5th - Sunday 7th July, 2024:

Seasonal Retreats throughout the Year:

North Hill, Minehead.

A view from the garden
Alexandra creates such a beautiful and peaceful space where everyone is warmly welcomed and nourished.
We were a small group who met as strangers but parted as friends thanks to the lovely container of space that Alexandra created.
This type of experience is such a wholesome gift to give yourself at significant turning points in the year. I can't wait for the next one!

Full Moon rising over Minehead Bay

Treat yourself to a weekend of mindful presence where you are invited to relax, tune into nature, the moon and yourself.

Enjoy being part of a small group of like-minded folk as you celebrate the turning of the seasonal wheel, and the lunar energies. This is a wonderful opportunity to go on a personal journey of discovery. Spend some time with your Self! Get to know yourself and what you want in life. Set some New Moon intentions and enjoy creating the life you want.

Give yourself some valuable 'time out'.

Relax, breathe and let go of that which no longer serves your highest good.

And what more perfect place than overlooking the sea, in the darkness of the new moon, on the edge of Exmoor National Park and her dark skies!

Church Path House will be our haven to tune into the seasonal, lunar energies as well as to connect and listen to our inner voice.

With a blend of mindfulness, walking, private reflections, fire-side storytelling, peer-to-peer sharing, a sound bath and shared feasting, you will come away feeling energised and re-aligned.

I had the great pleasure of experiencing one of your amazing sound baths. It was a beautiful experience, and it was in the stillness that followed where I realised I could now release the burden of fear and uncertainty that I have carried for many years.

Aims of the weekend are to:

•             Tune into the energies of the New Moon.

•             Spend time resting, relaxing and being

•             Tune into your Self, your desire and set some clear intentions for yourself

•             Come into flow with the seasonal energies and enjoy the invitation to turn inwards.

•             Listen, share and participate as much as you feel comfortable while we support each other

•            Feel inspired by life and your personal journey of growth and transformation

•             Relax and release that which no longer serves your highest good

•             Ground ourselves and deepen our connection with nature

•             Experience the healing benefits of sound and silence

•             Relax and re-align with a sound bath and the gongs

Dining Hall
Alex has a warm and grounding presence that made me feel I was right where I needed to be, in safe and considerate hands.  I instantly began to relax and unwind. Her facilitation of the group felt secure, skilful, beautifully natural and full of heart. What a combo! In that glorious container I found myself letting go more and more across the day, and not having to worry about a thing.

Church Path House, North Hill, Minehead, West Somerset.

On a hill, overlooking Minehead Bay, Church Path House is a perfect venue for a residential retreat.. Situated at the beginning of Church Path this is an ancient, sacred pilgrim's route.

With an outdoor fire, sea views, coastal and woodland walks, home-cooked food, good company and the time to simply 'be', you are invited to join a small group of like-minded folk -where both in quiet solitude and together we will tune into the energies of the new moon and give ourselves the space to clarify what we want in life whilst setting some clear intentions

The storytelling in the afternoon was an unexpectedly nourishing experience, and the gong bath took me to an expanded yet integrated and balanced place I truly did not see coming. I was genuinely blown away, and got much more from the retreat than I was expecting to.
