Pause. Listen. Return to the rhythm of the living year.
Held at Bossington Chapel within Exmoor National Park, these seasonal Sound-Well retreats offer a gentle space to step away from the busyness of life, reconnect with nature and listen again to the quiet wisdom of the heart.
Throughout the year nature moves through its own quiet rhythm — from the returning waters of spring, to the vitality of summer, the grounded harvest of autumn and the deep quiet of winter.
The Living Year Retreats are a series of seasonal gatherings held at Bossington Chapel, within Exmoor National Park on the beautiful Somerset coast.
Each retreat offers space to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with the deeper rhythms of nature, heart and self.

Rooted in storytelling, cacao ceremony, reflection and the deeply restorative sound of the gongs, these retreats create a gentle and welcoming space to rest, reflect and reconnect with what truly matters.
You are warmly welcome whether you are seeking time for healing, reflection, creativity or simply a pause from the demands of daily life.
Each retreat can be attended as a stand-alone experience.
Together they also form a seasonal journey through the elements — water, fire, earth and air — following the natural movement of the year.
Alongside each retreat there are also additional gong sound baths, creating further opportunities to experience the energy of the season and the healing resonance of the Sound-Well gongs.
